About the Balm
Ketevan Uznadze-Mchedlishvili has worked in medical institution’s chirurgic and hospital departments for 52 years, as intern, assistant and then professor.
In 1954 she began working on medical topic about endarteritis obliterans of limbs’ arteries, which then become gangrene illnesses. People who have gangrene suffer from great pain. The pain causes ischaemicus limbs necrosis tissues’ nervosus receptors acute irritation, because of this, after many researches and observations, Professor Ketevan Uznadze achieved her goal and created the balm N1. Since 1961, the above mentioned balm has multiple use: for gangrene, for burns (especially in the first degree), for herpes zoster, for acute hemorrhoids and every kind of chronic unrecovered ulcers, which are distinguished by delivering great pain.
Scientist, sure of the effectiveness of the above mentioned balm N1 decided to prepare balm N2. This turned out to be very effective means of treatment for any kind of burn, erysipelas, trophicus ulcers, bedsores and any kind of purulent wounds.
Above mentioned balms were issued in three chirurgic clinics in the years 1963-1965. Particularly in: the General Chirurgic Clinic of medical faculty (head of department, honored statesman and professor of science – D.G. Ioseliani), Hospital Chirurgic Clinic of medical faculty (head of department, honored statesman and professor of science – M. Kobakhidze) and Children’s Chirurgic Clinic (head of department, honored statesman and professor of science – D.D. Murvanidze). All three clinics carried positive resolutions; the Commission with the Ministry of Health, led by academician V. Asatiani approved the positive features and effectiveness of the two balms.
In 1977 sole proprietorship ‘Ketevan Uznadze-Hipokrate’ was registered, whose founder and executive director was David Mchedlishvili, Ketevan Uznadze-Mchedlishvili’s son. In 2002, it was registered on the name of David Mchedlishvili as ‘Davit Mchedlishvili-Hipokrate’.
In the years 1997-2001 the candidate David Mchedlishvili, with his balm creator mother, conducted a variety of clinic researches and approbations for the above mentioned balms. Medical balm is the only original invention, first and real balm that has no analogue among other inventions of the great scientist.
In 2002, 2003 and 2004 the balm ‘Uznadze-Mchedlishvili’ N1 and N2 and its manufacturer were awarded with golden, platinum and diamond prizes in London, Paris and New York for ‘the best quality in the world’.
